Dutch Auctioning System for United Flower Growers

A dutch auctioning system was created and developed by Algorithmz Ltd from the ground up on behalf of United Flower Growers (UFG). This auctioning system is in use in UFG's Auckland and Wellington branch at least 3 days a week and is working well. It was created to replace a 20+ year old system which was near absolute failure. This program can now be sold to auctioning companies and can be integrated into virtually any accounting system. This project is still expanding as the project increases UFG's market opportunities.

Brink's chicken network upgrade

A network upgrade was performmed by Algorithmz Ltd in partnership with system architects on the Brink's chicken network. No centralised acounting system, datastore or mail system was present accross the nation-wide Brink's chicken branches. A centralised server was created and a visualized set of data, accounting, terminal services and mail servers was implemented using vmware. Now all data and virtual desktops are stored in the centralized system, which is easily backed-up and maintained. It is also easily monitored and chances are Algorithmz will know about any problem before the user's. Brink's users know that no matter where they are in the country, the computer network will be exactly the same, all their personal data will be available and the same accounting system will be present. This lowers user's training time, administrator maintenance and administrator service costs whilst providing greater computer uptime and efficiency.
